- meat should be nice and brown by now so drain it and add it to big pot
- add a cup of water to your chili
- stir well again
- keep an eye on your chili you don't want it to get dry if you see it getting dry just add half cup of water at a time
- add a dash or desired amount of your favorite hot sauce I use green Tabasco sauce
- if you like hot hot you may want to Seperate your chili into two pans one hot and one not
- when chili gets hot turn it on low and simmer on low for three hours
- chilis done
- I eat my chili with lots of Mexican shreaded cheese and Fritos corn chip scoops and sour cream
